LUX* Belle Mare Resort & Villas, Mauritius

LUX* Belle Mare is located on the east coast of Mauritius, perfectly situated on the kilometer-long Belle Mare beach. Its recent redesign was conceived by Mauritian architect and designer Jean-Marc Tang, and features shades of sand white, coral, and vivid greens. The resort has 174 rooms and 12 villas, ranging from wellness-focused suites to larger family accommodation.

Facilities include the LUX* Me Spa, designed around the four elements, as well as fitness centre. The resort is very-family friendly, and has both a large kids club as well as as a hangout for tweens and teens. There’s also a toddler space, babysitting services, kids menus in all restaurants, and weekly programs for three different age groups.

Complimentary activities include many varieties of non-motorized water sports, tennis, yoga, and beach volleyball. Diving, kite surfing, speedboat rides, mountain bikes, e-bikes and other activities are available for an additional charge.
