L'Atlas

The main restaurant, where Chef Sanjeev Purahoo presents cuisine that seamlessly blends Mauritian heritage with international influences. The Wine Cellar highlights refined, generous creations complemented by carefully selected vintages.

The Lady Lisbeth

Among the hotel's many treasures is the M/S Lady Lisbeth, the oldest motorboat in Mauritius. Once graced by Queen Elizabeth, it now offers gourmet dinner cruises beneath the stars, gliding gently across the tranquil waters of Pointe aux Canonniers Bay. Each evening, up to eight guests can embark on this exclusive journey; the Lady Lisbeth and her dedicated crew can be chartered for special occasions.
